We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a confident, experienced telemarketing professional to help us connect with schools and book online product demonstrations for our commercial team. This is not a scripted call centre role — we want a professional cold caller who understands how to open conversations, build rapport quickly, and confidently ask for the meeting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound cold calling to primary schools, secondary schools, multi-academy trusts, and local authorities across the UK
- Identifying and speaking with key decision-makers (School Business Managers, Finance Officers, Headteachers)
- Introducing iAntz.Ai's solution clearly and professionally
- Handling objections confidently and intelligently
- Booking qualified online product demonstrations for the senior sales team
- Keeping accurate notes and updating CRM records
- Meeting and exceeding daily call and appointment booking targets
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing
- Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

We're scaling the iAntz platform — cloud-native, API-first, and increasingly AI-integrated. You'll be working on the systems that handle real financial transactions at scale, while building the infrastructure that lets our AI agents operate reliably and safely.
What You'll Own
- Core platform services: payments processing, reconciliation, and financial data integrity
- API design and versioning strategy across internal and partner-facing surfaces
- Integration of LLM and agentic AI capabilities into backend workflows
- Scalability and reliability of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Engineering standards, code review culture, and technical mentorship
What Great Looks Like
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in fintech or a regulated domain
- Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
